2023 - Present
This project aims to evaluate the image segmentation results of SynthSeg in relation to full head data from the augmenting cognitive training (ACT) study. Image segmentation of medical images is crucial in the medical field due to its application in disease diagnosis, treatment planning, and monitoring disease progressions. The full head MRI data comes from the ACT study’s clinical trial, which focuses on using transcranial direct current stimulation as a method non-invasive brain stimulation to mitigate cognitive aging and slow dementia. I help retrain the SynthSeg deep learning model with the ACT MRI Scans.

Game Development
This project is a 2D platformer made from scratch within the Unity Game Engine, with some elements of custom C# scripting. Most of the sprite elements were custom made. There are multiple levels and different enemies within the game that have variability within their movements, animations, and interactions with the environment.
